Our Packaging
We offer our products in a variety of packaging options to suit our customers needs. Our unique Concentrates come in one or two eight ounce bottles that dilute to make 55 gallons of finished product. Imagine the savings in freight alone. Custom tablets are a slow dissolving solution that eliminate the need for expensive pumps. Our line of Ready-to-use products are for those who prefer not to package themselves. Freight Saver products come prepacked minus some of the water. Simply open, fill with water, and use.
Concentrates
Custom Biologicals,Inc. has developed a revolutionary new manufacturing process that allows for the production of large volumes of highly concentrated, high quality bacterial products.
Benefits:
Concentrate - Custom's products are primarily bottled and shipped in a concentrate. This high quality concentrated product comes standard in an 8 ounce plastic bottle that makes 55 finished gallons when mixed according to directions.
Repackability : concentrated products are easier to repack and easier to mix.
Packaging : smaller packaging is less expensive. This savings is passed on to our customers.
Shipping : smaller packaging is less expensive to ship. One 8 ounce bottle can be shipped at a fraction of the cost of one 55 gallon drum. This means big savings for our customers.
Handling : smaller packaging is easier to handle. Less manpower and time is needed and the need for a forklift is eliminated.
Storage : smaller packaging is easier to store. One small refrigerator can store the same amount of concentrated product as an entire warehouse of finished product.
Environmentally Friendly : 55 gallon drums and 5 gallon pails can be reused. This means less solid waste is generated.
Tablets
We've taken our concentrate bacteria and put them in slow dissolving tablets that eliminate the need for expensive dosing equipment.

For those that do not want to be involved with mixing and packaging, many of Custom Biologicals' products can be shipped in finished, ready-to-use packaging including 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums. This generally means we have included all the dyes, fragrances, and preservatives necessary to make a finished product. Packaging options vary according to product.

Freight Saver
Our unique Freight Saver packaging combines some of the convenience of ready-to-use with some of the cost savings of concentrates. Offered in both 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums, Freight Savers includes all of the active ingredients of a ready-to-use product but only a fraction of the water and the weight. This reduced weight translates into easier handling and BIG SAVINGS on Freight. When you are ready for use, simply fill the container with water and dose as normal.
