 Physical Plant: 1,000 gallon grease trap
 Flow: 325,000 gallons per month
 Problem: Elevated BOD               2400 mg/L
Elevated TSS                2600 mg/L
Monthly Surcharge       $1100.00
 Previous Treatment: Pump and Disposal. This grease trap was pumped every two weeks.
 Custom Treatment: Custom GT was injected at the rate of 10 gallons per month with an electric pump. The grease trap was pumped once per quarter to remove solids.
